One of Canada’s top comedic talents, Alistair first appeared in the national spotlight when he won CBC’s Next Up Competition at age 23. Since then, he’s brought his trademark witty and self-deprecating style of stand-up to televised sets for Canada’s Got Talent, the Halifax Comedy Festival, and CBC’s New Wave of Stand Up. In the past year, he released his debut half-hour special Alistair Ogden Does His Best, recorded a set for Don’t Tell Comedy, sold out shows across the country, including a headline hour at Just For Laughs: Vancouver, and opened for Pete Holmes, Hassan Phills, Danae Hayes, and Emma Willmann. His jokes have been featured on CBC Radio’s Laugh Out Loud, a Just For Laughs Originals comedy album, and have amassed over 20 million views and rising across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
